Farm ProduceWe were fortunate to complete our purchase of Casa della Fontana in 2006 before the main fruit harvest.Despite other time pressures, we collected and processed over 6 kilos of blackberries, and produced a quantity of spicy plum chutney, peaches in brandy, tomato chutney and plum, peach and blackberry jams. In 2007 we were able to enjoy our first cherry harvest .Guests staying with us at Wisteria Cottage are most welcome to enjoy our fresh fruits when they are in season |
