In the midst of Italian vineyardsWisteria Cottage is a 200-year old traditional Italian home in a tranquil village location close to the elegant spa town of Acqui Terme.It has considerable character with exposed stone walls, terracotta tiles and beamed ceilings. It was completely and sympathetically refurbished in 2008, including a new kitchen and bathrooms. The three spacious double bedrooms comfortably sleep six, but we have also found it to be very popular with couples. Wisteria Cottage is the perfect place for getting away from it all. An excellent base for exploring the area, and enjoying world-class Piedmontese cuisine and wine, although a car will be essential. The Italian Riviera is just an hour's drive away. Fly to Turin, Genoa or Milan Malpensa airports. |
